Food was not bad. However, we ordered a meal that comes with a drink and we tried to get lemonade and they told us we had to pay extra for that. We thought that was so odd and out of the norm.

Truly the BEST Schlotzsky’s I’ve ever been to. The bread and veggies are always fresh and have never had a bad experience here. The staff are super friendly as well!

I called in my order and it was ready within 10 minutes. The service was great. And the food was even better. They have these irresistible sweets on the counter so I had to grab a sugar cookie for dessert.

I eat here usually 4-5 times a month. Food is good service is ok. But today. I couldn't believe the treatment or the food. First I ordered the pick two. My every time order. Beef Smokecheesy and potato soup. I received a Beef and cheddar. No biggie she didn't hear me correctly. But when I tried to tell them that it was wrong she was rude and demanding. If it didn't have lettuce and pickle I would have just taken the beef and cheddar. Then after about 10 more minutes I got what I ordered. But they use the dried out tough ends of the meat that was hard to chew and did jot taste right. I guess they showed me. I will jot gone back here. Ever. Jersey Mikes here I come.
